Malik Gift Store Return & Refund Policy

Due to the high volume of duplicate/copy products available in the market and to maintain the authenticity of our premium products, Malik Gift Store does not offer a standard return policy once the product packaging has been opened.

Please read our specific terms carefully before making a purchase:

1. Return Allowed Only Before Opening (Sealed Condition)

  • You can only request a return if the shipping parcel/box is completely unopened, unused, with all original tags, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • Once you open the product box or break the seal, the product cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

  • To initiate an unopened return, you must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery at mkailmubair@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +92 320 6281300.

2. Refund/Replacement Only for Damaged Products

We perform strict quality checks before shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged, we've got you covered:

  • Condition: A refund or replacement will ONLY be issued if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Proof Required: To claim a refund for a damaged product, you must provide clear video proof (Unboxing Video) showing the damage right after opening the parcel.

  • Reporting Time: You must report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the parcel by emailing us at mkailmubair@gmail.com or messaging on WhatsApp.

3. How the Refund Process Works (For Damaged Items)

  • Once your damage claim and video proof are inspected and approved by our team, we will process your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any item that has been worn, used, or unboxed.

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Sale items or Gift Cards.
